Portal will not see AR11 as Centrally managed after disconnecting.

Description
A centrally managed AR11 may be difficult to disconnect/reconnect after an event like a crash or disconnect from Portal.
Issue

You may encounter the following error pop-up:

 
Solution
On the AR11 appliance go to
1 . Administration > portal integration
2. Remove the portal from the AR-11
         Click the "unlock" button
3. Reconnect in Portal
