Error: ld.so.1: op_mkema: fatal: libsup.so: can't open file: errno=2

Solution

This error message occurs on UNIX architectures when the system environment is set incorrectly.Make sure your path includes the <bindir>:<opnet_dir>/<release>/sys/unix/binDo NOT set your path to<opnet_dir>/<release>/sys/sun_sparc_solaris/binnor<opnet_dir>/<release>/sys/hp_pa_hpux/binIf the error persists, you may also need to set your LD_LIBRARY_PATH system environment variable to be<opnet_dir>/<release>/sys/sun_sparc_solaris/libor<opnet_dir>/<release>/sys/hp_pa_hpux/libYou should only need to set the LD_LIBRARY_PATH if you are using static simulations or EMA programs.
