How to get an Aternity EUE Onpremise Oracle Critical Patch

Every few months Oracle will release a new Critical Patch update - https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/

As part of the Aternity EUE On-premise release we offer an OEM Oracle software, so patching the software is often needed based off vulnerablities

For any Oracle Critical Patch - open a new Support case and provide:
a) the current Oracle version installed
b) request the latest Oracle Critical Patch AND the OPatch tool

Support will provide the patches and tool upon availablity by Oracle

Note: Oracle may not have the patches available yet to download despite the alert page
