As someone who has not yet purchased Aternity, I would like to view and find out more about support resources that are available. What are the steps to register on the Aternity Customer Community and what kind of content do I have access to?
To register for access:
1. Open the Aternity Customer Community and click ‘Log in' In the upper right
2. Click on ‘Sign up'
3. Fill out the requested information on the Sign Up page. If you have not yet purchased Aternity you will not have a product identifier to enter, however you can still create an account for access with limited functionality.
4. Click 'Register'
Once you have access to the Customer Success Portal, you will be able to view knowledge base articles and our discussion, product download and documentation pages, however access to some content will be limited.
Once your company has purchased Aternity you will have access to -
- Download the EUE and APM products
- View and download documentation,
- Submit discussions and support cases on technical issues
- View additional knowledge base content
- Manage product asset entitlements
- Self-Service APM license activation
- Account Profile management
- Email Notification preferences
- Submit new Feature Ideas
