Portal: Unable to Generate License Request Key in 3.13.0

Issue
After deploying a new Portal on ESXi, Azure or AWS, when attempting to use a token to initiate the Get License Request Key from the License Management page it fails with an error as seen below
Solution
This issue will occur when Portal is not able to resolve its own hostname. Please ensure that Portal can resolve its hostname by either creating an A record in DNS for Portal's IP address or by navigating to the page Administration > General > Hostname/DNS and adding a hostname entry for Portal in the Static Name Resolution table.
