How to find for License Keys

Issue
Customers, Partners and Internals have new or existing products and they want to find the license keys.
Solution
There are two ways that customers can view or locate their license keys.

- Customers will receive the licenses through email after an order has been fulfilled.
NOTE: For hardware, no license email is sent out.
- Customers can view the licenses in the Support Site
- Through Licenses Tab
1. Login to Support Site
2. Click on Licenses
3. Enter the Serial number and hit Next
4. Enter your email address (this is the only required field) and hit Submit
5. Click on the Serial Number and you will be presented with a window that has the License Keys. Please note that date on the license keys. This a good thing to locate if you are expecting a new license key for a new order. See Figure 1.

- Through Assets Page
1. Login to Support Site
2. Click on My Riverbed > Assets page. This will list all of your assets and you can export the list from here. See KB: S30084
3. If you want to search for a specific Serial Number, enter the serial number and hit Search to see the Assets' details that includes licenses, install at address and contract details. See Figure 2.
