Issue
When starting a capture on Agent from the Transaction Analyzer software, we see the following error messages.
Solution
This can occur when the interfaces selected for the capture via the ANY option and this selects the first one that the capture agent finds on the system.
And this does not support the promiscuous mode captures.
To get through this please select the actual interface which you want to capture.

- Open Capture Manager
- Select the Agent and click Edit Agent
- Under Agent network Adapter, select Specify.
- Select the actual interface on which you want the capture to run on the system.
