Error message when importing Custom Attributes in NetIM

Issue
When attempting to import the Custom Attributes via csv files we see the Invalid Value error.
Solution
The values are added successfully to the devices mentioned but the error message still appears. 
This can be verified by checking the presence of the Custom Attributes on the devices. 
A page refresh removes the error but the message is misleading nonetheless.
There is a bug that deals with this issue. NETIM-11622

Note - The Custom Attributes can only be added via csv files if they have been defined in NetIM prior
