We are running SteelCentral AppResponse 11 and we are unable to interpret the "Most Frequent Codes" card in the insights?

E.G. How do we make sense of codes shown below?

The format of the codes which are shown in the above chart vary from each Database Management System.
  • The return code for SQL Server is built in the following way - MSGNUM_MSGSTATE_MSGCLASS

For example "8152_14_16" is for SQL Server DBMS.
8152 means “the value would be truncated”
    16 indicates “general error”
    14 indicates msg state
  • The return code for DB2 is built in the following way - SQLCODE(SQLSTATE)

For example "-204(42704)" is for DB2 DBMS
-204 means name IS AN UNDEFINED NAME
42704 means object does not exist
  • The return code for Oracle is built in the following way - ORA-<error> or SQL-<error>

For example "ORA-12154" is for Oracle DBMS
ORA-12154 means TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
  • The return code for Sybase is built in the same way as SQL SERVER - MSGNUM_MSGSTATE_MSGCLASS
  • The return code for Teradata is built in the following way - ErrorCode_InfoCode
