Recommended browsers for the Riverbed Support site
Solution
While the Riverbed Support site can be accessed from any browser, the site is optimized to perform best on the most current versions of Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and select mobile browsers. 

Here is a list of tested browsers:
  • Google Chrome - most recent version
  • Firefox - most recent version
  • Safari - most recent version
  • Internet Explorer 10 and higher (including Edge, the Windows 10 native browser)

    Note: Even though the Riverbed Support site may display and function properly on older versions of Internet Explorer, we recommend that you upgrade to the most current version to reduce your security risk.
