Riverbed support site pages are not displaying properly or generating errors on forms such the Submit a Case and more.
Solution
These issues are often related to your browser cache which stores files to help speed up the page-loading process. As we deploy updates to the Riverbed Support site, the cache files in your browser become outdated. The inconsistency between the outdated cache files and the newest version of the Riverbed Support website can cause odd problems. 

Here’s a link to an article that shows you how to clear the cache in most browsers: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/

Note, before clearing your browser cache, you must first close all windows displaying any Riverbed Support web pages. Otherwise, the cache files for those pages will not be cleared.
