This KB article details End of Support dates for xx50 model SteelHead devices.
Solution
Please note that the Steelhead xx50 have reached End of Support.  These devices are not eligible for a Support Contract renewal and no Support will be provided.
 
To summarize the model versions and EOS dates:
 
Dec 31, 2017   : SteelHead 550, 1050
Jun 30, 2018    : SteelHead 2050, 5050, 6050, 7050
Dec 31, 2018    : SteelHead 150,250
 
If you are interested in refreshing your hardware, please contact your local partner and/or sales team to purchase new, supportable appliances.
