Maximum login attempts reached on Riverbed Support site

I am locked out of my Riverbed Support site account
Solution
The Riverbed Support site will allow a maximum of 5 login attempts before locking out a user.  The system will warn the user with each incorrect login attempt
Once the number of login attempts has been exceeded, users can click on Reset Password. An email will be sent to the contact's email address with a reset password link.
