SteelCentral AR11 Hardware Appliances - I get "Storage is not configured" when trying to create a new Capture Job

I'm getting the following error for the Storage Status and unable to create a new Capture Job

Solution
1. Verify that the licence is installed correctly.
In the webui -> Administration -> Others -> Licensing

2. If the license is correctly installed then please check the status of the storage by running the followning command.
Note the status is failed in the following output.

cli > show storage data_sections 
Data section primary_capture_data 
Mode: RAID0 
Supported Modes: RAID0 
Roles: capture, data 
Status: failed [Mount failed] 
In Use: yes 
Total size (MB): 0 
Unreserved (MB): 0 

Data Areas: 
packet_capture: failed 
Quota (MB): 0 
Used (MB): 0 

Total allocated (MB): 0 
Total used (MB): 0
There is an issue with the storage units.

Please log into the appliance and run the followng commands to reinitilize the storage:

AR11 > en 
AR11 # conf t 
AR11 (config) # storage data_section primary_capture_data reinitialize

If there are storage units attached, you need to run the additional command for each expansion chassis.

AR11 (config) #storage data_area packet_capture section <SU serial number>

Then verify the storage units are showing up correctly with the following command

AR11 (config) # show storage data_sections
