No traffic is being optimized from a SteelHead Mobile client when the Citrix Access Gateway Client is enabled and connected to a Citrix Netscaler Gateway
Solution
Please use Fixed Target Rules with SteelHead Mobile Client and Citrix Access Gateway Client. Auto Discovery rules are not supported through the Citrx Access Gateway Client as the Citrix VPN adapter rewrites the application traffic into its own tunnel and in doing so rewrites all Riverbed TCP options which will not allow Auto Discovery to work and therefore result in no traffic being optimized.
