User cannot log into the Web UI using admin credentials. Attempts to log in to the WebUI using the admin account credentials fail and display this error message: Error msg: "invalid user name or password" please try again"
Using the same Admin user /password credentials will grant access to the cli shell.

Solution
The first action to test is to attempt to log into the WebUI using another account of from another computer to isolate the problem.
If the authentication process fails regardless of which host or browser* you use to login to the WebUI, then the next step is to restart the TomCat process by issuing this command:
Wait a few minutes for the tomcat process to complete its restart then close your browser completely, re-open the browser, and attempt to log into the WebUI again.
If that fails, then try stopping and restarting the ARX warden using these two commands:
Wait a few minutes then test the WebUI login process again.
If the Admin credentials are still being rejected with the same error message then the next recommended action is to cold boot the appliance to clear whatever corrupted instructions are currently running in memory which are interferring with the WebUI authentication process.
Perform the following steps to cold boot this appliance
1) use the "
2) Power off the appliance.
3) Wait 1~2 minutes to ensure the appliance is power off.
4) Remove the power cord (s).
5) Wait 5 minutes for PSU to discharge.
6) Connect the power cord(s).
7) Power up the appliance.
*If the problem is isolated to a single host or brower then clear the browser cache and examine the saved passwords section of the browser settings to delete any passwords saved for the WebUI page. Then close, re-open the browser and try to login to the WebUI again.
