By default SteelCentral AppInternals does not have an option to download the traces from web UI.
We can enable the download option in the web UI by following the steps listed below.
- Access SteelCentral AppInternals 10.x web UI
- Click on
Configure -> Diagnostic Bundles
- On the Diagnostic Bundles page enable the *
Diagnostic Mode
option
- Once you enable the Diagnostic Mode option navigate to Search tab and click on the
View transaction details
option to open the transaction detail page
- On the transaction detail page you should be able to see
Download Trace
option as below, which will allow you to download the trace you are interested in.
*If Diagnostic Mode option is checked then additional diagnostic information will be shown throughout the UI to help troubleshoot AppInternals behavior. For more details please open a new support case.
