SteelFlow WTA - Not seeing any optimized traffic after an upgrade to v9.5.3 - Poll Status shows RED

Issue

 I upgraded to v9.5.3 and I am not seeing any optimized traffic.
I checked the status for the SteelHeads in the webui > Administration > Integration > Steelhead and the Poll Status is RED.

Solution

 During the upgrade process the configuration file for SteelFlow WTA may not have been created.

You can verify this by looking at the update log in the cli.

cli>'update'

Software Update Menu: 'log'
 
Log files available:
   0: 9.5.3-2015-04-13-11:49:02-update.log
   1: 9.5.2-2014-12-12-10:48:05-update.log
 
 Installation log to view [9.5.3-2015-04-13-11:49:02-update.log]: '0'  (select the log file for v9.5.3)
 
If you see the following error message, then the problem is related to Bug 244411
 
Must be administrator to execute "WTA-StitcherConfig"
Patch cleanup invoked...
The workaround is to manually enable SteelFlow WTA from the cli with the following command:
 
cli>'WTA-StitcherConfig add enable-steelflow''

Once the above command is ran, you must restart the optimization services on the SteelHead.
