Token redemption steps

 Steps to redeem virtual tokens and generate license keys (except for cloud products, CMC-VE, OPNET products,and CLMF license models).

1. Please download the virtual product software from support.riverbed.com -> Software & Documentation

2. Take the token and copy it into the "License request key" on the licensing page on the virtual products (Please note it is license page of the virtual appliance, not the Riverbed support website license page), then click "Generate" to generate the license request key.

3. Take the license request key that it produces and enter it on licensing.riverbed.com to generate the license keys.

Please make sure you install the licenses on the same mac address that license request key was generated; otherwise your licenses will show "Invalid".
