How do I create or reset my Riverbed Support Account?

This article will help you for the following cases:

  • I have an existing OPNET account and need a Riverbed account
  • I have never had a Riverbed or OPNET user account
  • I have a Riverbed account but can't remember my password
  • I am a partner and need a Riverbed username and password
Solution
  1. Go to the following link using your preferred browser:

    https://support.riverbed.com/content/support.html

  2. You will be welcomed by Riverbed Technical Support
  3. In the right most "Log in" panel you will see the following options as shown in the illustration
