Issue

CDR based Voice Monitor alerts have a delay of more than 5-6 minutes.

Solution

Ensure the CDR collection frequency is within a minute or 5 minutes as required. This is a crucial component of the time taken to generate CDR based alerts on UCX.

Also, connect to the ftp server configured in the cluster Config for CDR and test connectivity. If you find a large build up of files or folders in the ftp location, this will contribute to delays in the UCX server's CDR collection process, and hence introduce delays in CDR based alerts.
