What kind of ICI does ip_encap expect when it receives a packet ?

Solution

When ip_encap receives a packet from higher layers, it expects an ICI in the format ip_encap_req.When ip_encap receive a packet from ip_dispatch (lower layer), it extracts the necessary information from the ICI associated with the packet from IP.
