What is the default MTU value used in OPNET? Where I can find that value?

Solution

The MTU used is dependant on the physical layer, such as ethernet, ATM, or frame relay. The most common value is that for ethernet, which is 1500. For common MTU values, select a model, open the IP Address Information attribute, select the mtu (bytes) field, and click on the details button.
