After installing the December2000-05 models, I receive the error message that the Start Time (or start_time) attribute is missing on one of my routers. Why?

Solution

The router was created via OPNET's Device Creator utility with an older model release.To fix the problem, recreate the router by using Device Creator again, now that you have the December2000-05 (or later) models installed.
