Is there an op_prg package for libraries executed external to OPNET (for example, for use in ETS or EMA code)?

Solution

Yes. External Interfaces, chapter Plib documents the prg programming library. One note: If you are using the prg package outside of any OPNET program, make sure to initialize the package by calling 'prg_init ()' once somewhere in your code before calling any other prg functions.
