How do I register for customer access to the Aternity Customer Community?
Solution
If you are a new customer please register for access:
Method 1:
*Note you will need the product identifier provided to you via email or by your administrator
1. Open the Aternity Customer Community and click ‘Log in' In the upper right
2. Click on ‘Sign up'
3. Fill out the requested information on the Sign Up page. Make sure to enter the product identifier that has been provided via separate email or by your administrator
4. Click 'Register'
Method 2:
If you are an existing customer who is registering for access to the Aternity Customer Community you will receive an email containing the email address to use as your username.
1. Access the Aternity Customer Community
2. Enter the email address provided to you for the username
3. Select “Login” from the Support homepage.
4. Select “Forgot Your Password?” to send a password reset request.
5. Enter “Username” and select “Continue” button. Note: Username is typically your email address.
6. Once you receive your password reset message, complete the “Change Your Password” form and return to the home page.
You should now be able to access the community and view all available content
