Changes to OTTB Managed Applications
Description
Aternity provides several key information regarding the application you wish to monitor, known as Managed Applications, which define observation scope + analytics layer. Managed Applications are defined by one or more processes) or base URLs. Many of these come predefined with the product, also known as "OTTB" (out-of-the-box), while others can be added by admins.
Issue
Some appliciation processes have changed over time and do not match OTTB Managed Applications as expected. Can these OTTB Managed Applications be modified or removed?
Solution
Processes cannot be added or removed from any OOTB Managed Application, however, as application evolve over time and contain new parent processes, Aternity may add them to all environments after internal product discussions and QA testing is complete.
