Solution
It has been confirmed by NetProfiler Engineering team that this detection is a False Positive.

smtp_AV_42zip_DoS.nasl plugin is a part of the Nessus Vulnerability Scanner.
This is a security script designed to detect a specific Denial of Service (DoS) vulnerability in SMTP (email) servers and is used to probe email servers that run antivirus scanning on incoming mail, more specifically, it checks for zip bomb (42.zip).
