Description

MTU value of the primary interface is reset back to DHCP provided value 9001 in AWS and 1500 in Azure after reboot/reload.

Issue
MTU value of the primary interface is reset back to DHCP provided value 9001 in AWS and 1500 in Azure after reboot/reload and the custom MTU set by user/admin does not persist across reboot/reload.
Solution
Manually set the MTU from CLI as needed post reboot/reload.
