Description
Azure Cloud Steelhead running RiOS 10.0 is not reporting disk status.
Issue
Azure Cloud Steelhead running RiOS 10.0 is not reporting disk status in UI and CLI (only on first boot or fresh manufacture, not seen after reboot). It should be one disk with online status.

Solution
Disk status can still be verified via hwtools.
If the disk status is not reported after a fresh deployment, run the following CLI commands:
'pm process mgmtd restart'
'pm process web3 restart'
'pm process webasd restart'
'service restart'
[admin@amnesiac ~]# hwtool -q disk=map
0:0:0:0 disk0 sda online
1:0:0:0 disk1 sdb online
If the disk status is not reported after a fresh deployment, run the following CLI commands:
'pm process mgmtd restart'
'pm process web3 restart'
'pm process webasd restart'
'service restart'
