Interceptor: Affinity may not be maintained with fair-peering v2
Issue

Symptom:
Sometimes affinity may not be maintained with fair-peering v2 and resulting in cold transfers

Condition:

  • Issue only with fair-peering v2 and with client side Interceptor cluster

  • Issue observed with initial connections during affinity learning.

Solution
After 3-4 tries connections between the same client and serve, the Interceptor is able to learn affinity and no more cold transfers are seen.
