Issue
Steelhead is intermittently not getting redirected to the SteelCentral Portal.
Solution
  • Check that the client is getting access to the SSID
  • Check that the client is getting an IP address
  • Check that the client is getting DNS
  • Check that the client is trying to access an HTTP site.  This is critical for the redirect to work.
  • Check that the client can access the redirect URL if input directly
  • Verify that the client is not using a proxy configuration and test with different browsers on the client.
